Mediation is a professional method, designed to resolve conflicts with the support of a neutral outside person, the mediator. In contrast to litigation, the involved parties are directly responsible for the content and outcome.
The mediator’s role is to ensure proper procedure and facilitate communication to allow for win-win solutions. The business mediation process addresses labor and interoffice disputes, conflicts within teams and between companies, intercultural conflicts and inter-personal conflicts regarding estate planning and inheritance.
