This was no easy prospect; fear and opposition to the project was rampant. The company had attempted and failed to reorganize itself several times. Silvia Specht and her team gave us the strong backing we needed. She quickly succeeded in opening up dialog between middle and senior managers.<\/p>\n<p>She built up sustainable, effective momentum to make fundamental changes to the leadership culture and used a smart strategy to persuade the middle managers to participate in the transformation. As her client, I was impressed by her clarity, professional skill and deep-seated empathy.
