For a set period of time (ten minutes, one hour, two), you concentrate exclusively on one thing. Simply push aside everything else that comes from the outside or the inside. \u201cAnd here\u2019s the crazy thing. It doesn\u2019t just feel like a longer period of time \u2013 it is longer!\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Now you might find yourself thinking there\u2019s nothing new about any of this. It\u2019s just a lot of old news from neuropsychology. I thought so, too. That is, until I tried it again, because so much time had gone by. Really, it\u2019s just like a time machine. Unbelievable!
