Discovering the World in my own way

In the year 2016 I actually decided to go on a journey, though all by myself only from Porto to Pontevedra following the Camino de Santiago. From there on I felt that the route became more and more commercialized and I decided to look for my own path along the Galician Coast. And I found it.

Many things went through my mind, some surprised me. The thing that moved me most was the unpredictable game of closeness and distance. I had forgotten how volatile these dimensions are and how substantially they influence our perception.

Beginning at short field of sight the inner eye moves to encompass the last year, a year that was very successful and satisfactory for myself and the small Specht Management team. Personaly I feel very grateful for the fulfilling projects, the complex and interesting questions, the trust put into me by my clients, teachers, colleagues and team mates.

2017 too is poised to become a year of professional inspiration and fulfillment. I appreciate the variety of client projects, am looking forward to team work with colleagues and also and in particular to the intensive and quiet character of the single coaching sessions. The sophisticated feedback or our clients strengthens and encourages me to stay the current course while at the same time rethinking the known, unfolding new perspectives and finding the right balance between creativity and efficiency.
This year – again – I will go on a journey, this time from East to West, sailing across the Atlantic. I feel very lucky that I can realize this dream. I will keep you posted.
